After making changes, why does PowerShell run an older version of the code?

PowerShell may run an older version of the code if the changes made were not saved before running the script. It may also be due to caching or other settings that are preventing the updated code from being loaded. In such cases, restarting PowerShell or clearing the cache may help in running the updated version of the code.
