Is there an equivalent to the Jenkins "changelog '*****'" phrase in a scripted pipeline?

Yes, in a scripted pipeline, you can use the "changeLog([from: '..', to: '..'])" method to generate a changelog between two builds. For example:

def changeLog = changeLog(from: '123', to: '456')
echo "Changelog: $changeLog"

This will generate a changelog between builds '123' and '456'.
