To enter information on Excel and refresh the calculations on a Mac, you can follow the steps below:
Open the Excel spreadsheet that you want to work on.
Enter the data that you want to add or change.
Once you are done making changes, click on any cell containing a formula.
At the top of the screen, click on the "Formulas" tab.
Click the "Calculate Now" or "Calculate Sheet" button.
