1. Open the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
2. Click on Programs and Features.
3. On the left side of the screen, click Turn Windows features on or off.
4. Scroll down and check the box next to .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0).
5. Click OK and wait for the installation to complete.
6. Restart your computer if prompted.
