The REPL (Read-Eval-Print-Loop) for Emacs Lisp is called the scratch buffer. It is a built-in buffer that allows you to experiment with Emacs Lisp code by typing in expressions and seeing their results immediately. You can open the scratch buffer by typing "M-x scratch" (Alt + x followed by "scratch") or by clicking on the scratch buffer icon in the toolbar.
