Can the Metamask eth_signTypedData_v4 function display the Date and Price in a format understandable to humans?

No, the ethsignTypedDatav4 function only signs the data provided to it using the Ethereum account's private key. It does not have the capability to display the data in a human-readable format. The formatting of the data must be done before passing it to the function.
