To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check if the file libcublas.so.9.0 exists in the directory where it should be located. If it does not exist, try reinstalling the package that contains this file.

  2. Make sure that the directory where the shared object file is located is included in the LDLIBRARYPATH environment variable. You can check this by running the command "echo $LDLIBRARYPATH". If the directory is not listed, add it by running the command "export LDLIBRARYPATH=$LDLIBRARYPATH:/path/to/directory".

  3. If the shared object file is located in a non-standard directory, you may need to update the LDLIBRARYPATH environment variable for any scripts or programs that use it. You can do this by adding the export command to the script or adding it to the .bashrc file.

  4. If you are still experiencing the ImportError, try reinstalling the application or package that depends on the shared object file. This will ensure that all necessary files and dependencies are installed correctly.
