You can use the following steps to transfer a sheet with particular formatting from one Excel file to another:

  1. Open the Excel file that has the source sheet with the formatting you want to transfer.
  2. Right-click on the sheet tab and select "Move or Copy".
  3. In the "Move or Copy" dialog box, select the destination Excel file from the "To book" dropdown list.
  4. Choose the desired location for the sheet in the destination file, either by selecting an existing sheet or creating a new sheet.
  5. Select the "Create a copy" checkbox if you want to leave the original sheet in the source file.
  6. Click on the "OK" button to transfer the sheet to the destination file.

Note that this method will transfer the entire sheet with its formatting. If you only want to transfer some of the formatting elements, such as cell borders or font styles, you can copy and paste them individually between the source and destination files.
