What does it mean when a JavaScript object that has been initialized cannot be accessed?

It could mean that the object has been declared inside a function or block, making it out of scope and unable to be accessed outside of that function or block. It could also mean that the object has been deleted or overwritten by another value or object. Lastly, it could be a syntax error in the code preventing the object from being accessed.
