What does it mean when the path to the shell executable "/path/on/project/cargo" does not exist causing the failure of the terminal process launch?

It means that the terminal is trying to launch a shell process but it cannot find the executable file for the shell at the given path. This could be due to a typo in the path or the file being moved or deleted. As a result, the terminal process fails to launch.
