No, it is not possible to establish an FTP server connection without port forwarding, even when behind a NAT and a Firewall. Port forwarding is necessary to allow incoming traffic to connect to the FTP server, which is behind a NAT and firewall. Without port forwarding, the firewall will block all incoming traffic to the FTP server, and the NAT will not be able to redirect incoming traffic to the FTP server.
