To retrieve the fields associated with a particular Jira issue, follow these steps:
Log in to your Jira account and navigate to the issue you want to retrieve the fields for.
Click on the "More" button in the upper right corner of the screen and select "View Issue History" from the dropdown menu.
In the "View Issue History" screen, you will see a list of all the changes made to the issue. Look for the first entry in the list, which will be the creation of the issue.
Click on the arrow to the left of the creation entry to expand it and show all the fields that were set for the issue when it was created. You can also click on any other entry in the list to see the fields that were set at that point in time.
If you want to see the current fields for the issue, simply close the "View Issue History" screen and you will be back on the main issue page, where you can see all the fields and their current values.
