To modify the y-axis format to include percentage changes, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the y-axis of the chart.
  2. Select "Format Axis" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Format Axis" pane, go to the "Number" section.
  4. Select "Percentage" from the "Category" list.
  5. In the "Decimal places" field, set the number of decimal places you want to display.
  6. In the "Symbol" field, select "None" to remove the percentage symbol.
  7. Check the box next to "Axis value" under the "Display units" section.
  8. In the "Display units" field, select "Hundreds" or "Thousands" depending on your preference.
  9. Click "Close" to apply the changes.

Now, the y-axis will display percentage changes in the format you have selected.
