To relocate a folder in Tortoise SVN, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click on the folder you want to relocate and select Tortoise SVN > Relocate.
  2. In the "URL to relocate to" field, enter the new repository URL/path to which you want to relocate the folder.
  3. Click the "OK" button to start the relocation process.
  4. If the current working copy is not clean, Tortoise SVN may prompt you to commit or revert changes prior to relocation.
  5. Once the relocation is complete, Tortoise SVN will confirm that the folder has been relocated to the new repository URL/path.
  6. Update your working copy to ensure that it is synced with the new location.
