No, a link cannot be opened using only a scheme. A scheme is a part of the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) that defines the protocol for accessing a resource, such as http://, ftp://, or tel://. However, a complete URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is required to open a webpage or resource. The URL includes both the scheme and the address of the resource, like http://www.example.com.
