Yes, JSON files can be imported and sorted using LibreOffice Calc. However, it requires a few steps to achieve this:

  1. Open LibreOffice Calc and create a new spreadsheet.
  2. Click on "Data" in the menu bar, then select "From Text" from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the "Import Text File" dialog box, locate and select the JSON file you want to import.
  4. In the next dialog box, make sure the "Separated by" option is selected and the "Comma" option is selected as the delimiter.
  5. Click on "OK" to import the file into Calc.
  6. The JSON file will be displayed in Calc, but in a single column. To sort the data, select the column that contains the JSON data and go to "Data" in the menu bar, then select "Sort" from the drop-down menu.
  7. In the "Sort" dialog box, select the column you want to sort by and the sort order.
  8. Click on "OK" to sort the data.

Note: Sometimes JSON files may need to be converted to CSV files before importing into Calc. The conversion can be done using an online converter or an external tool.
