What are the DB instance combinations that RDS does not support?

RDS does not support the following DB instance combinations:

Micro DB instance with SQL Server DB engine.
T2 instance type with SQL Server Enterprise.
T1 instance type with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.
db.t1.micro instance with Oracle DB engine.
MySQL DB instance with Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Multi-AZ deployment with SQL Server Standard edition.

Note: RDS provides a list of supported combinations on its official website, and this may be subject to change over time.
