One possible method to extract the section of a cell in Excel that is not formatted with strikethrough is:

  1. Select the cell containing the text that needs to be extracted.
  2. Right-click on the cell and choose "Format Cells" from the context menu.
  3. In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the "Font" tab.
  4. If the "Strikethrough" checkbox is checked, uncheck it.
  5. Click "OK" to apply the changes and close the dialog box.
  6. The text that is not formatted with strikethrough should now be visible.
  7. Copy the visible text by selecting it and pressing Ctrl+C (or right-clicking and choosing "Copy" from the context menu).
  8. Paste the copied text into another cell or application by pressing Ctrl+V (or right-clicking and choosing "Paste" from the context menu).

Note that this method works only if the strikethrough formatting is applied to the entire text in the cell, and not just to some parts of it. If the strikethrough formatting is applied to some parts of the text, a more complex method involving formulas or VBA code may be required to extract the non-strikethrough text.
