No, it is possible to remove and replicate rows in the MUI data grid table. The MUI data grid provides various APIs to add, edit, delete and replicate rows. Examples of these APIs are deleteRow, addRow, updateRow and duplicateRow. You can use these APIs to manipulate the data in the MUI data grid.
