To view the Resources window in Microsoft Blend 2019 for a .Net Core WPF project, follow these steps:

  1. Open your .Net Core WPF project in Microsoft Blend 2019.
  2. In the top menu bar, click on View.
  3. From the dropdown list, select Resources.
  4. The Resources window should now appear on the left side of the screen.

You can also access the Resources window through the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + R
