There are four different permission levels for PowerBI:
Member: This level allows users to view and interact with content in a workspace, but they cannot create or publish any content.
Contributor: This level allows users to create and edit content in a workspace, but they cannot publish or delete any content.
Admin: This level allows users to manage the workspace, including adding and removing members, changing permissions, and deleting content.
Read-only: This level allows users to view content in a workspace, but they cannot edit or interact with it.
