One solution could be to adjust the opacity of the StreetViewCoverageLayer so that it is less opaque and allows the street names to be more visible. Another solution could be to add a label layer on top of the StreetViewCoverageLayer to ensure that the street names are still visible. Another solution could be to adjust the zoom level of the map so that the StreetViewCoverageLayer is not as dominant and the street names are still visible. Lastly, one could use a different map provider or API that does not have this issue with the StreetViewCoverageLayer obscuring the street names.
