The keyboard shortcut for expanding the current selection by one word in VS Code is "Ctrl + Shift + Right Arrow" on Windows and Linux, and "Command + Shift + Right Arrow" on Mac. To expand the selection by multiple words at once, you can repeat the shortcut.
