To export a spreadsheet sheet in CSV format:

  1. Open the spreadsheet file in Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. Select the sheet that you want to export.
  3. Click on "File" and then "Save As" or "Download as" depending on the software you are using.
  4. Choose "CSV" as the file type.
  5. Customize any other settings you require.
  6. Click "Save" or "Download" to export the file in CSV format.

To export a spreadsheet sheet in PDF format:

  1. Open the spreadsheet file in Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. Select the sheet that you want to export.
  3. Click on "File" and then "Save As" or "Download as" depending on the software you are using.
  4. Choose "PDF" as the file type.
  5. Customize any other settings you require, such as selecting the pages you want to export if your spreadsheet contains multiple sheets.
