What is the process to duplicate cells, add them to a new location, and move the existing cells down?

  1. Select the cells that you want to duplicate.
  2. Right-click on the selected cells and click "Copy" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+C" to copy the cells.
  3. Click on the cell where you want to add the duplicated cells.
  4. Right-click and click "Insert Copied Cells" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+V" to insert the copied cells.
  5. The duplicated cells will be inserted in the new location, and the existing cells below will be moved down.
