Here are the steps to transfer pivot tables from Excel to an Outlook email as an image:

  1. Open the Excel workbook with the pivot table(s) that you want to transfer.

  2. Click on the pivot table to select it.

  3. Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.

  4. Open a new blank email message in Outlook.

  5. In the email body, right-click and select "Paste" to insert the screenshot of the pivot table.

  6. Crop the image if necessary by clicking on it and using the "Crop" option in the "Picture Tools" section of the ribbon.

  7. Right-click on the cropped image and select "Save as Picture".

  8. Choose a location to save the image on your computer and give it a name.

  9. In the email message, click "Attach File" and browse to the location where you saved the image.

  10. Select the image and click "Insert".

  11. Send the email with the attached image of the pivot table.
