You can use the FileChannel
provided by Nextflow to obtain the list of files in a directory.
Here's an example:
// Define a channel of files in a directory
FileChannel.fromPath('/path/to/directory/*')
// Iterate over the channel and print the file names
.map{ file ->
file.name
}
This will return a list of all the file names in the specified directory. You can also modify the fromPath()
argument to include a specific extension or a regex pattern to filter the files.
