Here is an example VBScript code to generate and display a UserForm:

' Create UserForm object
Set objForm = CreateObject("UserForm")

' Set UserForm properties
objForm.Caption = "My UserForm"
objForm.Height = 200
objForm.Width = 300

' Add Label control to the UserForm
Set objLabel = objForm.Controls.Add("Forms.Label.1", "lblMessage")
objLabel.Caption = "Hello, World!"
objLabel.Left = 50
objLabel.Top = 50

' Add Button control to the UserForm
Set objButton = objForm.Controls.Add("Forms.CommandButton.1", "btnOK")
objButton.Caption = "OK"
objButton.Left = 120
objButton.Top = 120
objButton.Default = True

' Show UserForm
objForm.ShowModal

This code will create a UserForm with a Label and a Button control. When the Button control is clicked, the UserForm will be closed.

Note: This code will only work in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office installed.
