To add padding to an HTML email signature in Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Options.

  2. Select Mail from the left-hand menu and click on the Signatures button.

  3. Select your email signature and click on the Edit button to open the signature editor.

  4. In the signature editor, place your cursor where you want to add padding.

  5. Click on the Table button in the editor toolbar and choose Insert Table.

  6. In the Insert Table dialog box, specify the number of rows and columns you want to create and set the width and height of the table. You can also choose to include a border and adjust the cell padding and spacing.

  7. Click OK to insert the table into the signature.

  8. Now you can add your content to the table cells and adjust the padding as needed by clicking on the cell and using the Table Properties button in the editor toolbar.

  9. Once you have finished customizing your signature, click OK to save your changes and close the editor. Your new signature with padded table cells will now be ready to use in Outlook.
